For more than 25 years, I have been intensively involved in learning & development, leadership development and the transformation of L&D teams. During my time as Senior Vice President Corporate Learning & People Development at Software AG, I was globally responsible for personnel development and internal training.

I have built international leadership programs, delivered high potential programs, managed organizational change management initiatives, implemented digital learning strategies, modernized learning management systems and optimized training processes.
Mein Fokus liegt stets darauf, praktische Lösungen zu schaffen, die nachhaltig wirken – vom Aufbau neuer L&D-Strukturen bis hin zur Umsetzung moderner Lernformate.
